On purchasing this site back in July 2015 it had fallen in to a state of disrepair. After some extensive work we were able to welcome our first tenant CRS in to one of the newly refurbished units in Spring 2017. Since then we have had the pleasure of welcoming several other tenants, most recently Motor Parts Direct who have done a fantastic job on fitting out their new unit.
