1. The offer
Eligible new customers can receive:
- 50% off the standard monthly rental charge for qualifying 6ft, 8ft and 10ft storage units for the first two consecutive rental months.
- Zero deposit, meaning no standard refundable security deposit is payable at the start of the qualifying agreement.
2. Promotional period
The promotion runs from 1 November 2026 to 31 December 2026 inclusive.
To qualify, customers must enter into a new eligible storage agreement within this promotional period. Agreements entered into before 1 November 2026 or after 31 December 2026 will not qualify.
The two-month discount applies to the first two consecutive rental months from the commencement of the qualifying agreement. It cannot be deferred, extended or transferred to another rental period.
3. Eligibility
- The promotion is available to eligible new customers entering into a new storage agreement at Storage Factory Exeter during the promotional period.
- The offer is not available to existing Storage Factory customers, including customers currently renting a unit at any Storage Factory site.
- The offer is not available to anyone who has cancelled or ended a Storage Factory rental agreement within the six months immediately preceding the start date of the new agreement.
- Existing customers cannot qualify by transferring to another unit, upgrading or downgrading their unit, changing account details, or cancelling and rebooking.
- The promotion cannot be claimed through another person or business on behalf of an existing or recently departed customer to circumvent these conditions.
- Storage Factory reserves the right to verify eligibility and refuse the promotion where there is reasonable evidence of an attempt to circumvent these terms.
4. Rental charges and deposit
- The 50% discount applies to the standard monthly rental charge for the qualifying 6ft, 8ft or 10ft units only.
- The 50% discount applies to 1 unit only.
- The standard monthly rental charge applies from the third rental month onwards.
- No standard security deposit is payable under this promotion.
- The zero-deposit offer does not waive the customer's responsibility for rent, electricity charges, additional services, damage, outstanding balances or any other charges payable under the storage agreement.
- Any applicable charges remain payable in accordance with the standard rental agreement.
- The promotion has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit against another service.
5. Other offers and discounts
The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount or preferential rental rate, including student and Blue Light discounts.
Only one promotional offer may be applied to a qualifying agreement.
6. Availability and unit selection
The offer applies only to qualifying 6ft, 8ft and 10ft storage units at Storage Factory Exeter. All units are subject to availability.
The promotion does not guarantee the availability of a particular unit or location.
7. Cancellation and changes
All agreements remain subject to Storage Factory's standard rental agreement and cancellation terms.
The promotion does not change the customer's contractual obligations, notice requirements or responsibility for outstanding charges.
The discount and zero-deposit offer cannot be transferred to another person, unit or agreement.
8. General conditions
Storage Factory reserves the right to refuse the promotion where there is reasonable evidence of misuse, fraudulent activity or an attempt to circumvent these terms.
Storage Factory reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion for future bookings, subject to applicable law. Changes will not retrospectively affect qualifying agreements already entered into on the advertised terms.
9. Acceptance
By accepting the offer, the customer confirms that they have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to the standard Storage Factory rental agreement.
